Buying

When you buy a video, your viewing rights do not expire. You can watch a purchased video as many times as you would like once downloaded to your computer. Unlimited Watch Now streaming from your Video Library across all devices is included with every purchase. You can also download videos you own inside TheSurfNetwork app on iPhone and iPad for offline viewing.

Renting

When rented, the viewing window for the rental starts immediately upon purchase and will automatically expire after 72 hours (3 days). Rentals are viewed using Watch Now streaming across all devices devices. Rentals can be downloaded for offline viewing inside TheSurfNetwork app on iPhone and iPad during the renal period.

Rentals can be downloaded using TheSurfNetwork app for iPhone and iPad. Rentals are not downloadable on computer.

TheSurfNetwork partners with content providers to license digital rights. In some cases licenses come directly from the filmmakers and in other cases from larger distributors who aggregate a library of titles.

If you cancel before your trial is up you will not be charged at all. If you cancel on a paid membership you will not see any more membership charges unless you restart your membership. If you cancel with time left in your billing period, we'll let you stream until your membership expires automatically at the end of your current billing.
